Ombudsman Services run government approved dispute resolution schemes for the energy, communications, property and copyright licensing sectors. Sunny Thinking recently rebranded Ombudsman Services under a new family umbrella and has developed a close long-term relationship as their creative marketing partners to help communicate to both their participating companies and the public alike.
Having won awards for the last three years designing annual reports for Ombudsman Services, the bar was already high even before the recent rebrand. This year we designed broadsheet styled sector reports in addition to the main company report and enhanced them with a super hero styled theme brought to life by our illustrator friends Sam and Becky.
