They currently resolve complaints for the communications, energy, property, and copyright licensing sectors, handling around 250,000 queries per year. We have been winning awards for our annual reports for Ombudsman Services for the past four years and recently rebranded the company. This specific challenge was to design new corporate literature to reflect the changing culture of the organisation and reflect their ambitions to develop new services. With our illustrators we have developed a new house style that is warm, friendly and sophisticated.

Having won awards for the last three years designing annual reports for Ombudsman Services, the bar was already high even before the recent rebrand. This year we designed broadsheet styled sector reports in addition to the main company report and enhanced them with a super hero styled theme brought to life by our illustrator friends Sam and Becky.

For three years running (2009 - 2011) our designs have won an award for the best non-profit/public sector annual report design at the Summit International Creative Awards. We design a family of annual reports encompassing all of their schemes, as well as the statutory report for their parent company.

Developing a consistent identity across all their services, we have implemented a new brand look across a wide variety of communications including; booklets and leaflets; exhibition stands, materials and merchandise; corporate literature; interactive presentations; internal branding and customer advice materials.
